Grace Period 10 minutes

After 10min=$25 late fee

20min+late= Subject to Cancellation 

All no call no shows will be required to pay a $50 rebooking fee.

All appointments require a $27.00 non-refundable deposit when booking. $25.00 will go towards your balance and  $2.00 will go towards the processing fee which will not be deducted from your remaining balance. 

DEPOSITS ARE NOT INDEFINITE! You may reschedule your appointment up to one additional appointment slot. If you reschedule your appointment more than once you will forfeit your deposit .

Hair wash/dry, braiding hair & boho(blend of human and premium fibers ) are included with select services. (1B ONLY)

You may bring 100% human hair if you’d like

If you would like to bring your own braiding or boho hair you will need "2 value packs of Queen B Braiding hair 50in” or "2-3 bulk bundles of curly hair 20in or longer" 

If Booking before 7:30am or at 5pm or after please select the “Before/After hours” add-on. 

PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANY OILS OR LEAVE IN CONDITIONER TO YOUR HAIR PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
