Please arrive on time! 

Grace Period 10 minutes

After 10min=$25 late fee

20min+late= Subject to Cancellation 

All no call no shows will be required to pay a $50 rebooking fee.

All appointments require a $27.00 non-refundable deposit when booking. $25.00 will go towards your balance and  $2.00 will go towards the processing fee which will not be deducted from your remaining balance. 

DEPOSITS ARE NOT INDEFINITE! You may reschedule your appointment up to one additional appointment slot. If you reschedule your appointment more than once you will forfeit your deposit .

Hair wash/dry is included with all services , braiding hair is included with select services. (1B ONLY)

Please bring curly hair if selecting boho service(2-3 bulk bundles 20in or longer)  or "Que by Milky Way "Deep Bulk" Mastermix . 

If you would like to bring your own braiding hair you will need "2 value packs of Queen B Braiding hair 50in”

If Booking before 7:00am or at 5pm or after please select the “Before/After hours” add-on. 

PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANY OILS OR LEAVE IN CONDITIONER TO YOUR HAIR PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
